MORIS design: LG islands

About project: In Germany, we carried out a project that involved the creation of islands for LG to several locations including Munich, Forchheim, Dachau, Fürstenfeldbruck, Gersthofen, Rostock, Gräfelfing, Celle, Augsburg, Lüdenscheid, Soest and Menden. Each island has been designed with the specific needs of the location in mind, which contributes to the individuality and efficiency of the entire project.

We have designed the islands in a way that not only meets customer expectations, but also brings elements that take the aesthetics and practicality of the furniture to a new level.

A key element of this innovative concept is the use of a strong magnet on the sheets, allowing for easy rebranding. This technology not only makes it easier to change the design, but also has a positive impact on sustainability and the economics of production. You only need to replace part of the island, and this is not only economical but also environmentally friendly.

Another interesting feature is the possibility of adjusting the height of the totems with different controls and adding warm light (low level lighting). This flexibility increases the aesthetics of the space and also improves the practicality of the furniture. The adjustable height allows customisation to suit specific needs, while the warm light contributes to a pleasant atmosphere.
